I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THE PLANE, BUT ALL I HAD WAS THIS LOUSY T-SHIRT

When I saw a picture posted by Peter Wiley on his Instagram (image below), I got facinated by the fact that someone wearing such a aggresive t-shirt could enter a plane.

While doing research about what you are not allowed to wear on a plane I found examples like Raed Jarrar, who was denied to fly from John F Kennedy International Airport to Oakland, Calif.Or a less political case, Daniel Podolsky who was denied because of wearing a t-shirt with "fuck" spelled out.

As a reaction, I decided to make t-shirts using combinations of different scripts spelling out love poem's and loving messages that, according to the news articals, would not be allowed to wear on a plane. In many cases, people are asked to wear their t-shirts inside out, so on the inside of every t-shirt is the title of this project spelled out in Arabic and English.
